Delivery is free for orders above $150, else there will be a delivery charge of $25

Under payments, click manual payments. Choose between e-invoice, bank transfer, cheque or cash

Q. How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free for orders above $150. There will be a $25 delivery fee for orders below $150.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A: Delivery will take 3-4 weeks after the order has been processed.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?

A: We try our best to process your order on the same day. If you place an order after 12pm, it will be processed the following working day. Processing is where we will confirm your payment and the availability of the product.

Q. Do you have a warehouse or shopfront where I can visit to try out your products?

A: Our storage facilities are based in Taiwan & China to save on inventory cost which ultimately translates to big savings for our customers. We have extensive contacts with the biggest instrument manufacturers in Asia namely Taiwan, China, Japan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia.
