Q. How much is shipping?

A: Local Shipping is free for orders above $200. There will be a $12 delivery fee for orders below $200.

Q. How long will delivery take?
​
A: Most deliveries will take 3-4 weeks after the order is processed.

Q. Do you offer express shipping?
​
A: Our express delivery takes around 7-10 days. Additional fees applies.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?
​
A: We try our best to process your order on the same day. If you place an order after 12pm, it will be processed on the following working day.

Q. Do you have a warehouse or shopfront where I can visit to try out your products?
​
A: We have an office but we do not carry ready stocks for most products. With over 700+ products, it is nearly impossible to hold stock for everything. Instead, we now operate mostly on a pre-order basis, procuring each instrument fresh upon your order. This ensures you get the latest production, free from long-term storage or defects.
We have extensive contacts with leading instrument manufacturers across Asia — including Taiwan, China, Japan, India, Indonesia, and Malaysia — and we regularly attend trade shows and exhibitions to source the most suitable instruments and equipment for our clients. On top of that, we also manufacture our own instruments rack. Our pre-order model keeps prices fair,
reduces waste, and gives you access to the widest range of instruments without compromise. By not holding costly inventory or paying for large storage spaces, we pass these savings directly to you.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A: Delivery will take between 3-4 weeks for air freight or 6-10 weeks for sea freight.

A: Yes we ship to most countries on the planet! Email or Whatsapp us for more information.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
​
A: For international orders, you may pay with credit card. For local orders, you may pay with credit card, bank transfer to Maybank 04101076991 or paynow to our UEN: 201919472K. For both local & international orders, enjoy 0.5% off if you bank transfer/paynow directly to us.​
