For added convenience and hygiene, the mouthpiece can be inserted directly into the instrument’s joint when not in use, preventing it from coming into contact with desks or other surfaces. This helps keep the mouthpiece clean and ready for use at all times.
 
All Suzuki melodions feature a universal joint design, allowing any Suzuki mouthpiece to be used interchangeably across all models. An integrated O-ring seal helps prevent air leakage, ensuring smooth airflow and consistent sound production.
 
To maximise performance, each Suzuki melodion is supplied with a mouthpiece specifically selected to complement the characteristics of that model. The mouthpiece is also washable, making it easy to maintain hygiene and prolong its lifespan. Simply wash with water and allow it to dry thoroughly before use.
