The Roland TD-17KVX2 is an advanced electronic drum set designed for developing and experienced drummers who want a more authentic acoustic-style setup. It combines Roland’s updated TD-17 sound module with large mesh-head pads, thin-profile cymbals, a full-size movable hi-hat, and a responsive kick pad for a natural playing experience.  
 
The kit features a 12-inch PDX-12 mesh-head snare, three 10-inch PDX-8 tom pads, two 12-inch CY-12C-T crash cymbals, and a 14-inch CY-14R-T ride cymbal with three-way triggering for bow, edge, and bell sounds. The VH-10 hi-hat mounts on a conventional acoustic hi-hat stand, providing realistic movement and open/closed detection for more natural foot control.  
 
With built-in coaching tools, Bluetooth audio, extensive sound editing, user sample support, and USB connectivity, the TD-17KVX2 is well suited to home practice, music schools, teaching studios, rehearsals, and recording applications.
