The Super HSS pickup set gives the MS-1 Super a broad tonal range. The single-coil pickups deliver clear, bright cleans and expressive rhythm tones, while the bridge humbucker provides fuller output for rock, pop, blues, worship, and driven lead sounds. A five-way pickup selector, master volume, and master tone offer simple and flexible sound control.
A dedicated bridge pickup override switch adds even more versatility by allowing the bridge pickup to be activated independently of the standard five-way selector settings. This opens up additional pickup combinations and gives players access to a wider range of layered tones.
 
The chrome two-point tremolo bridge supports smooth and expressive pitch effects, while Soloking sealed tuners help provide reliable tuning performance. A Canadian-made Graph Tech nut and D’Addario .009–.042 strings complete the setup.
