A defining feature of the W-37 is its handcrafted mahogany wood cover. After extensive research, Suzuki selected mahogany for its natural ability to absorb and suppress excessive high-frequency overtones, resulting in a smoother, warmer, and more balanced sound. The combination of mahogany and Suzuki’s renowned reed technology creates a rich, full-bodied tone with excellent projection, while maintaining a gentle character that harmonises beautifully with surrounding instruments.
Each wooden component of the W-37 is carefully handcrafted, highlighting the natural beauty and individuality of the wood grain.
